Artist's Comments

Impossible to ignore, It is imminent, It is here.

This is a redo of an older submission, Imminence [link] . I'm really picky when it comes to photoshopping my images, so I came back to fix the clouds. I spent a good 2hrs or so on this and am fairly pleased with the new end result. I plan on going back to the location when the sky is right and retaking some new shots.

Full view recommended.

I definitely like this version better. It's even more dramatic. :) Muy buen trabajo.
Thankya. I went a bit further with the contrast this time. I was a bit worried I went overboard, but I think now that it isn't too much.

On a side note: Guess how many layers I ended up with in photoshop. If you're within one, I'll give ya a prize!
I really like the contrast here! You never think something could look better until you try and then, "pop!"

Ok, I guess 121 layers.
OOOOOH, a prize? What will it be?

17 layers.
Looks amazing! The redo came out looking great. The clouds look a lot better. The contrast is clear with deeper shadows its so beautiful! The water in the background is much clearer and more prominent.

Woah :O. Waaay too many, but thanks for the vote of confidence just the same. ;)
Umm, not sure. Maybe I could photoshop a photo of your choice?

You got one digit right...
Thanks :thanks:, I especially appreciate the feedback. I was thinking I may have gone a bit on the dark side. But I suppose that if it works, it works.
your welcome, it doesn't look to dark on my screen, but those with older PC screens tend to look dark.
